To hold in your hands the power of the gods themselves would certainly corrupt from within, such is the danger of far too much power when ti comes to our favorite comic book characters.
Many are those who are so powerful that it got to be rather ridiculous that nobody ever wrote tales of them successfully taking over the world until that finally started happening. Yet there is always a way around that, usually somebody else with godlike powers. This week Andrew Farmer and Cole Houston bid farewell to "Psi-Fi" in this, the final chapter.
The most powerful psionics were rated and explored just as the newest Marvel television series "Legion" was about to have its aptly timed premiere. Needless to say, the comic book version of this Xavier spawn is a huge part of the mix in this issue.

Welcome back to Psi-Fi as the exploration of psionic powers in comincs draws closer to its conclusion with some revelations, observations, and calculations.
Hosts Andrew Farmer and Cole Houston discuss the ways in which everyone from the super-human to the regular human can (or cannot) counteract the "powers of the mind". Finding equal and opposite reactions for psionics can be tricky, but more often than not they rest witin the mind itself.

Psi-Fi continues wiht a look at the power players on the field of psionics. Face it, some heroes and villains just wound up winning the super-power lottery!
Andrew Farmer and Cole Houston put their heads together and try to wrap them around the powers of the mind in comics. There are some genuine heavy hitters out there with powers that raise them to a level bordering on godlike...but that is a story for the final issue of the arc.

Yes! The Rantcor Pit returns at last!
A lengthy hiatus later your hosts Cole "JediCole" Houston and Eddie Medina are back on schedule with new episodes on the second and fourth Sundays of every month!
With just about a month having passed since the debut of "Rogue One', your favorite Star Wars guys have decided to explore the individual characters of one of their favorite Star Wars movies! With so many new, and a few returning, characters from which to choose they could not cover just everybody, but do pay tribue to almost everyone of note. From the Rogue One team to the various factions of the Empire to a few ancillary characters that just had to be discussed, this episode had plenty of character(s)!

Deep within the human (or even non-human) mind lies an utapped power - psionics! Truly mind over matter, this power manifests itself in a variety of iterations that borders on the infinite. In comics, at least.

Is it mind over matter or something more?
Psycic and psionic powers are pervasive in comics and have been even when creators did not realize that such was the case. The untapped potential of the mind is such a common thread in science fiction that it is little wonder its cousin, the comic book, should follow suit.

Action figures, playsets, unique and high end toys of every description are on your hosts minds this week. If super-hero movies are enjoying a Tanzanite Age, so too it would seem are toys. Marvel and DC Comics seem to be getting the most attention when it comes to multiple manufacturers vying for your toy dollar. So naturally Mattel and Hasbro are at the fore on this lively show that seeks to answer the question, "Where does he get those wonderful toys?!"

Okay, we all know that comic books are full of really impractical concepts. That is what makes them so much fun. Such an escape!
None the leses, the impracticality of some aspects of comics is simply off the charts! Inspired by their last issue, Andrew Farmer and Cole Houston discuss the curious and bizarre, the impossible and unthinkable, the down-right crazy in comics. At least from the standpoint of the things that are illogical and impractical.
And they tackle DC Coimcs' "Big Two" in the bargain!
