Welcome to the latest installment of It Came From the License!  This issue of Hey Kids, Comics! revolves around television and the shows that have become comic books.  TV v. JT host Jason Adams is on hand to add insight to that given by your hosts Andrew Farmer and Cole "JediCole" Houston.  Learn more about the strong bond between comics and television than  you might have thought existed.  The one has long given inspiration (and source material) to the other.

Welcome to the beginning of the latest story arc for Hey Kids, Comics!, "It Came From the License".  Andrew and Cole talk all kinds of licenses that have been optioned by comic book publishers starting with the longest running license, Star Wars.  Your hosts are joined by Steve McCauley who brings his own brand of Star Wars comic memories (which are an awful lot like Cole's) to the discussion.

The Convention Awareness Project - Texas is proud to present some insights into The Gray Ball, a steampunk mini-convention in San Antonio, TX January 18 and 19, 2013.  Cole interviews Pablo of the San Antonio Neo-Victorian Association about this show.

Welcome to the quarter-centennial issue of Hey Kids, Comics! Has it been 25 issues already?For this milestone event Andrew and Cole talk up the more obscure independent and big press comic book titles that got the big screen treatment in recent year.  This particular episode consists of two parts.   The first features your standard co-hosts and the second teams Andrew with his friend Josh for an additional take on this far reaching topic.

Presents!  Batman headlines this particular batch of questions that have your co-hosts really taking a new look at the Caped Crusader and the Boy Wonder as well.While this is a shorter episode it did have some technical difficulties arise that delayed its release for nearly a week.  But here at last, another fine issue of The JediCole Universe's very own comic book podcast!

Welcome to the triumphant return of Half-Ass Roundtable!  Just over 10 months after the third episode, and despite Stu's certainty that it has been over a year since the last HAR was convened, the JediCole Universe Podcasting Network is pleased to bring you another round of stunt podcasting. With a topic that is unknown to the panel consisting of seasoned podcasters Cole Houston, Andrew Farmer, and Stuart Baulk, Half-Ass Roundtable is a sink or swim experience unlike anything else on this network.  They boys are in for a surprise whith a rather encompassing topic that leads to some interesting conversation to say the least.

Welcome to what is effectively our Christmas episode for Hey Kids, Comics! For your Boxing Day listening pleasure Andrew and Cole roll out another rather free-wheeling discussion that is a little bit holiday and a little bit of...well...whatever popped into their heads!Find out about Paste Pot Pete at the party, the epic that was Marvel's Godzilla, and what is at the top of JediCole's collectibles wishlist.  This is a goodly stocking load of miscellaneous geeky and comic-related thoughts that is sure to brighten up those post-Christmas doldrums.

As we rapidly approach two dozen issues of Hey Kids, Comics! Andrew and Cole take a new look at comic book-based toys and action figures.  What was intended to be a showcase of sorts of the best that toy manufacturers have ever offered in this genre quickly switched gears and became a personal wishlist of Marvel and DC characters that deserve the toy treatment.
