For almost as long as there have been super-heroes there have been super-hero toys.  Some are spectacular, some are just down right awful.  This is a show about the worst of the worst.  When toy companies put their worst ideas out on the shelves and somebody seems to buy it. In this two-part show Cole, Andrew, and special guest Rick, talk up the super-hero figures that should have stayed on the Island of Misfit Toys!

Welcome to the fifth issue of Hey Kids, Comics! in which we bid farewell to the first story arc.  "Comic Shop Confidential" draws to a close with an exploration of social issues in comics.  When does the real world find its way too heavily into that of comics and what aspects get little to no coverage?  Andrew and Cole discuss these and other questions on this episode.

Continuing the contentious story arc, Comic Shop Confidential, Andy and Cole explore the role of religion in comic books.  Often overlooked but sometimes pivitol, this issue covers a lot of spiritual ground in the Marvel, DC, and Image universes.

The name says it all really.  Andrew and Cole discuss the role of women as comic book characters, comic book creators, and comic book collectors.  This issue features the show's first guest, Jasmine Wolf, who you will definitely hear from on the JediCole Podcasting Network again!
